A clinical study of 15-cases with the Jesions on left hemisphere(hematoma,infartion,tumor)with the key subject to Gerstmann´s syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
Gerstmann´s syndrome was defined as finger agnosia, allochiria, acalculia, dysgraphia with a lesion on the angular gyrus in the dominent-hemisphere, often with the constructive apraxia. Recently, we experienced 15-case with the component of Gerstmann´s syndrome with lesion rt. parietal or parietoternporal region as hematoma, infartion, due to the cerebrovascular accident, trauma.
And confirmed the most frequent component was dyscalculia, allochilia then, the rarer finding was finger agnosia.
